Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the maximum amount of flour used for the production of certain baked goods and methods of keeping the register.
Manufacturers of bakery products shall keep records of bakery production, supply and consumption of flour.
Records on bakery production, acquisition and consumption of flour is kept in the book of records, named (KEUB).
The register book (KEUB) must be located in each manufacturing facility/plant in which there is production of bakery products.
Manufacturers of bakery products are required during the inspection, or during the year at their request, to provide insight into the book (KEUB) and other required documents to the competent inspector of the State Inspectorate and employees of the Ministry of Finance.
