Abstract
This Regulation, based on provisions of the Croatian Law on freshwater fisheries, determines: boundaries of fishing areas and fishing zones in the fishing waters of the Republic of Croatia where sport fishing is allowed; boundaries of fishing areas and fishing zones in the fishing waters of the Republic of Croatia where commercial fishing is permitted; the manner of marking the boundaries of fishing areas and fishing zones; the manner of keeping the register of fishing areas and fishing zones in electronic form; permissibility and restriction of fishing within the prescribed limits of fishing waters, fishing zones and fishing areas, also for inundation areas covered by water and in riverbeds.
