Regulation on the catch and traffic of the igluna (Xiphias gladius).

This Regulation, with the aim of rational management and protection of the fish species called igluna (xiphias gladius, present on the territory of the Croatian fishing sea), hereby stipulates the following rules regarding the: catch and traffic with such fish; control, monitoring and surveillance issues, also including the provisions regarding the quotation terms, time limitations, fishing gear/tools and fishing methods, minimum catch size and presentation of such catches, management of fishing fleet capacity, igluna sport fishing issues, and various other.
