Regulation on the catch of the igluna (Xiphias gladius).

This Regulation, with a direct aim and purpose of rational management and protection of specific marine fisheries on the territory of the Republic of Croatia, provides for the rules and requirements as regards the catch of the igluna (Xiphias gladius), including the necessary control, monitoring and supervision issues, and also determines the related time limits; fishing tool and fishing equipment related provisions; minimum catch size; management of the catch fishing fleet capacity; sport and recreational fishing issues; and various other provisions, such as port rules and unload of the catch.
