Abstract
This Regulation presribes the manner of organoleptic evaluation of must and wine, conditions and operations of the Commission for the organoleptic assessment and the Commission for the organoleptic assessment and evaluation methods.
Sensory evaluation is performed by the Croatian Institute of Viticulture and Enology.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
