Abstract
This Regulation provides for the: registration and management of the list of varieties of agricultural plants in the Croatian Republic; list of plant species for which the registration is required, the contents of the list of varieties and cultivars of files, terms and procedure for renewal of registration of varieties; conditions for determining the acceptability of the denomination, by maintaining control over the content of these varieties and methods of keeping records on the maintenance of the variety.
Entry into the National List of Varieties is required for the following types of plants: oil and fiber crops, forage crops, cereals, sugar beet, vegetables, potatoes and grapes.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Notes
On the effective date of this Regulation, the Regulation on entry in the register of maintainer of agricultural plant varieties (Official Gazette 73/06) will be no longer in force, except for the provisions governing the maintenance of varieties.
