Regulation on waste management.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Croatian Law on sustainable waste management, determines the conditions for waste management, issues on jobs of persons responsible for waste management, operation of the recycling yard; content, manner of keeping, and content of the decision on entry in several specific registers (such as Register of waste transporters, Register of waste management intermediaries, Register of waste traders, Register of recycling yards, Register of waste importers not subject to notification procedure, Register of waste exporters not obliged to notify the procedure of recovery of waste for which it is not necessary to obtain a waste management permit, Register of by-products, Register of revocation of waste status); the appearance and manner of delivery of the form on the status of performing activities; recovery procedures, the manner of performing the recovery and the type and quantity of waste for which it is not necessary to obtain a waste management permit; discharge and effluent waste related provisions; details of the financial guarantee and the manner of action of the Ministry responsible for environmental protection and the competent administrative body regarding the financial guarantee; content of the application form for issuing or amending a waste management permit, form and content of the waste management permit form, method of calculating the amount of insurance or bank guarantee for a waste shipment subject to notification procedure, content of the Waste Management Study, conditions for management method control system, and the appearance and content of the label with basic data on waste and activities from the permit; the content and appearance of the form for the submission of data on the mass of biodegradable municipal waste disposed of in the landfill and related deadlines for the submission of such data; form of the accompanying sheet, form, appearance and manner of keeping the Register on waste generation and flow, manner of keeping and submitting data to that register, form, structure, content, manner of keeping, operation and delivery of data to the network application for keeping the Register of generation and waste, the method of calculating the costs incurred by the operation of that network application and the availability of data contained in that network application.
