Abstract
This Decree must apply to: electric and electronic equipments listed in Annex 1, Part A; waste originating from them; the collection, taking back, utilization and neutralization of such waste. This Decree contains provisions regarding the obligations of the producer with regard to the taking-back, collection, utilization and neutralization and to the information of contumers. These duties can be transferred to coordinating organizations which activity must be authorized by and registered with the National Environment, Nature Protection and Water Management Inspectorate.
