European Communities (Avian Influenza) (Control on Movement of Pet Birds) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 (S.I. No. 906 of 2005).

This Order amends S.I No 708 of 2005 and gives effect to Commission Decision 2005/862/EC of 30 November 2005 concerning measures to combat Avian Influenza in birds other than poultry. The definition of "third country" is amended and at comma (c) for “four birds” in regulation 4(1), is substituted " 'five birds'".
