Abstract
The Regions will regulate the collection and the marketing of spontaneous mushrooms. In order to protect the collection activities in the monotonous areas the Regions may set out special norms for these areas. In addition, the Regions will also establish the maximum quantity of mushrooms to be collected for each species and the areas where such activity is allowed. The mushroom collection may be limited to certain periods of the year and only some species may be marketed. Further the Act provides for the classification of dry mushrooms and for the marketing of such products. (23 Articles).
