Abstract
These provisions amend Legislative Decree No. 216 of 2006 by including aviation activities in the applicatio scope. New article 3 bis sets up the national commission that shall be responsible for implementing Directive 2003/87/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a scheme for greenhouse gas emission allowance trading within the Community.
