Regional Act No. 56 laying down provisions on hunting, game farming, taxidermy and fishing in inland waters

This Regional Act makes rules in matter of hunting, game farming and taxidermy. Articles 1 to 4 regard the exam to be taken in order to obtain the hunting permit required. On the basis of article 5, the Provincial Hunting Committees may authorize the capture of wildlife species within hunting reserves for the purposes of enabling the repopulation of other species. Further provisions regard the authorizations to be issued by the provincial administrations as regards game farming and taxidermy.
