Abstract
The FDA is empowered in this Regulation to prescribe and impose new fees for the forestry industry for purposes of generating financial means for renewed forest plantation efforts and measures for the development and conservation of forest resources. Fees include: reforestation fee, conservation fee on specified tree species, forestry research fee and administrative fees for wood processing.
