Abstract
Article 19 of the Law on phytosanitary preparations and fertilizers shall be amended to add the following wording: “Agricultural producer carrying out treatment of phytosanitary products and the application of products that increase soil fertility, and a legal entity providing plant protection services, keep records of the use of phytosanitary products and products that increase soil fertility, in logs of the use of phytosanitary products and means that increase soil fertility, according to the samples given in Annexes 4 and 5. These logs are registered and sealed in territorial division of the National Agency for Food Safety in the field of activity of an agricultural producer/legal person providing plant protection services. Entries to specified logs are entered and signed by the responsible person and are an official document in the process of quality control of phytosanitary treatment. Business entities whose activities involve the use of phytosanitary products and products that increase soil fertility: manufacturers, importers, sellers, distributors and consumers are required to provide the information specified in Annexes 4 and 5 at the request of the National Agency for Food Safety in accordance with terms and conditions established by the Government”. Article 23 of the Law No. 57-XVI on vine and wine shall be amended to add the following wording: “In tourist and agrotourist boarding houses, in tourist villas, rural houses and recreational centers providing catering services, wine produced from own grapes can be sold at retail and/or served to end consumers in compliance with the provisions of paragraph (1) of the article 21”. Article 18 of the Law No. 221-XVI on veterinary and sanitary activities shall be amended to add the following wording: “The procedure for issuing a veterinary and sanitary permit for vehicles transporting live animals and foodstuffs, with the exception of raw materials of plant origin intended for industrial processing, is similar to the procedure for issuing veterinary and sanitary activity permits, with the exception of the mandatory submission of the document specified in paragraphs c) and d) of paragraph (2)”. The Law No. 296 “On general hygienic requirements for foodstuffs” shall be supplemented with Article 7 (1) of the following wording: “National Agency for Food Safety shall perform audit of HACCP at food processing enterprises manufacturing foodstuffs for export, with the consideration of recommendations of Codex Alimentarius”.
