Abstract
National Agency for Food Safety, considering the presence of cases of African swine fever registered in the Republic of Moldova, for the purpose of preventing spread thereof on the national territory and protection of domestic swine herds both from non-professional holdings and from commercial operations in the Republic of Moldova, also with a view of protecting wild fauna, orders to restrict movement of swine of swine from non-professional holdings to slaughterhouses, animal markets, in order to prevent the spread of African swine fever on the territory of the Republic of Moldova. Local public authorities shall be authorized to combat illegal movement of swine. Officially appointed veterinarians of slaughterhouses shall prohibit illegal movement of swine to slaughterhouses.
