Abstract
This Programme provides measures for the performance of public affairs regarding the monitoring over the plant health protection; plant protection products; safety of food of plant origin; herbicides; seed material of agricultural plants and other planting materials; GMOs; plant genetic resources; and laboratory tests all related to the implementation and verification of phytosanitary measures in Montenegro, for the year 2019.
Stable health status of plants on the territory of Montenegro, prevention of outbrake, detection, suppression of the occurrence and suppression of the possible spread of harmful organisms for plants, and rational implementation of phytosanitary measures, are all basic aims of this Programme.
