Abstract
This Law amends various provisions provided by the Law on tobacco and tobacco products (Official Gazette 24/2006, 88/2008, 31/2010, 36/2011, 53/2011, 93/2013, 99/2013 and 164/2013).
Major changes are related to the general terms, definitions and denominations; some marking, certification and administrative issues; and financial provisions (for tobacco traders).
