Abstract
This Law sets various issues regarding the primary production, cultivation and processing (specific tobacco production rules) , financing, marketing (also export) and other relevant provisions for the tobacco sector on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia.
This Law is divided into XIII Chapters and 74 articles, including the offences and penalties.
