Abstract
This Law prescribes the provisions aimed to define the categorization, collection, transportation, disposal, monitoring, processing, use, marketing and storage of animal by-products in terms of animal health and veterinary and public health safety.
The provisions of this Law do not reflect the regulations in the field of control and eradication of contagious animal diseases.
The Law is divided into X Chapters and 34 articles, including the inspection and penalty provisions.
