This Regulation prescribes the conditions, manner and necessary procedures for the implementation and enforcement of prohibitions concerning the use of specific animal origin by-products in feeding, and on the use of particular technical products (animal by-products) as animal feed.
This Regulation adopts the principles contained in Council Directives related to the subject here defined.
