Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the procedure for import and transit, on the list of foreign countries from which imports and transit are approved, the form and content of health certificate or other documents accompanying the consignment of livestock, aquaculture and animal products, as well as the manner and procedure of conducting inspection and survey over the import and transit of live animals, aquaculture and animal products (Official Gazette 53/2010, 86/2010, 144/2010, 27/2011 and 66/2011).
This text prescribes the adoption of (implementation of procedures) certain new Council Directives and European Regulations related to the practices defined by this Regulation.
This Regulation further changes the provisions of the Annex that is printed among this text.
