Abstract
This Regulation defines various procedures for the import and transit of livestock, aquaculture and animal products on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia.
This Regulation also determines the list of foreign countries from which imports and transit are effectively approved, the form and content of necessary health certificates and/or other documents accompanying the consignment of livestock, aquaculture and animal products, as well as the manner and procedure for the performance of inspection duties and tasks, and survey over the imports and transited goods, products and live animals (also aquaculture and other animal products).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
