Abstract
This Regulation defines all necessary animal health conditions and issues regarding the safe and controlled placing on the market of semen, embryos and ova (animal genetic materials for artificial insemination), including the provisions aimed to regulate the inspection matters, data collection and data keeping, and various technical rules and conditions in terms of facilities, education, staff and equipment.
This text contains the provisions aligned with many council Directives and European Regulations related to the practices defined by this Regulation.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
