Regulation on the form and content of the application for registration of designation of origin or geographical indication.

This Regulation defines the rules, necessary information and contents, and procedures to be respected when applying for the official registration of designation of origin (or geographical indication) for foodstuff and agricultural products that are produced or deriving from the territory of the Republic of Macedonia.
This Regulation also transposes the rules and principles contained in the Commission Regulation (EC) No 1898/2006 of 14 December 2006 laying down detailed rules of implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 510/2006 on the protection of geographical indications and designations of origin for agricultural products and foodstuffs.
