Regulation on the form and content of the official report contained in the application for registration of designation of origin or geographical indication.

This Regulation prescribes the form and content of the elaborate document or official report that is one of necessary parts of the application for the registration of food appellation of origin or geographical indication label or mark.
This kind of report (respecting all listed criteria and minim information) shall be submitted in writing and electronic form as indicated in this text.
This Regulation also transposes the rules and principles contained in the Commission Regulation (EC) No 1898/2006 of 14 December 2006 laying down detailed rules of implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 510/2006 on the protection of geographical indications and designations of origin for agricultural products and foodstuffs.
