Abstract
The rules here defined will apply to: the methods of testing, the actions of the Food and Veterinary Agency and food operators, assignment and repeal of health status, animal health import conditions and manner for the necessary implementation of the official controls and monitoring over the presence of trichinosis.
This Regulation is aligned with Council Directives related to the subject here defined.
