Animal Health (Consequential Amendments) (Jersey) Regulations 2017 (R&O.3/2017).

These Regulations amend, consequential to the amendments of the Animal Health (Jersey) Law 2016, the following Regulations: the Diseases of Animals (Rabies) (Importation of Mammals) (Jersey) Order 2011; European Communities Legislation (Bluetongue) (Jersey) Regulations 2008, EU Legislation (Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies) (Jersey) Regulations 2015; EU Legislation (Veterinary and Zootechnical Checks – Trade with Member States) (Jersey) Regulations 2016; EU Legislation (Veterinary Checks – Imports from Third Countries) (Jersey) Regulations 2016. The amendments concern the effect of provisions of the Law and Orders made under it and official veterinarians and inspectors appointed under the Law.
