Abstract
The Order applies to commercial fishing for shrimp, cod and redfish in Greenland fishery territory by individuals and/or companies operating with Greenlandic vessels which sizes adhere to Act No. 203 of 18 May 1977. License (issued for a maximum of one year calendar year) are required for shrimp-fishing by any type of vessel; and cod- and redfish-fishing with vessels larger than 75 GRT tonnage. For fishing by larger vessels, the permit shall give restrictions on total allowable catch while the government shall notify by radio and press suspension of fishing activities should TAC be reached
