Abstract
This Decree contains rules on the provision of subsidies for the production of renewable electricity, renewable gas and sustainable energy, and therefore defines the following relevant terms: renewable energy sources, including: geothermal energy, hydropower, biomass, sewage treatment gas; guarantee of origin for sustainable electricity; production installation for the production of renewable electricity; greenhouse gas. The Decree covers the following matters: general provisions for subsidies for renewable energy sources and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions; subsidies to the producer of renewable electricity; subsidies for the production of renewable electricity using offshore wind energy; subsidies for renewable gas production; subsidies for combined generation of renewable electricity and renewable heat; specific subsidies for greenhouse gas reduction; provisions regarding application for a subsidy a related decisions.
