Decree of 2 November 2012 containing rules with regard to animal products (Animal Products Decree).

This Decree, implementing provisions of the Animal Act and of the Commodities Act, provides for defining: milk and raw milk; cheese; dairy farmer; dairy product. The Decree concerns: bringing animal products outside or inside the Netherlands; animal products intended for human consumption; meat inspection; declaration of absence of contamination from substances harmful to human health; examination of carcasses of wild boars and wild game; quality of foodstuffs of animal origin; export certificates for dairy products; trade requirements for animal products not intended for human consumption.
