Abstract
The 47 Regulations are grouped under the following headings: Administration (3-5); Licensing of foreign fishing crafts (6-17); Control of licensed craft in the EEZ (18-36); Enforcement (37-42); Miscellaneous provisions (43-47). Regulations 3 and 4 provide for the nomination and regulation of National Fisheries Representatives for the countries of which crafts are allowed to fish in the EEZ. Regulation 20 provides for compulsory port inspection for fishing crafts entering the EEZ.
