Abstract
The Act, which is composed of two articles, establishes that decisions on reclamation carried out by using waste (issued on the basis of the Wastes Act, the Act on protection of agricultural and forest lands and the Environment Protection Act and other acts) will expire in a year from 13 April 2006.
