Regulation on detailed requirements for commercial quality of pork carcass.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of four paragraphs, lays down detailed requirements for commercial quality of pork carcass. In particular, the Regulation establishes S class of commercial quality which is specified in the Council Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation), Annex V part B.II.
