Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is composed of five articles. A regional veterinary officer passes, in the written and electronic form, to the provincial veterinary officer information on fulfilling on the area of the given region requirements specified in separate provisions, required for the recognition of the region placed on the territory of the Polish Republic for officially free from the given infectious disease of animals. The provincial veterinary officer verifies this information before passing to the Chief Veterinary Officer. The Chief Veterinary Officer attaches to the application documentation specified in the European Union provisions applying to the given infectious disease of animals.
