Abstract
This Decree-Law amends the legal framework for multi-municipal public water supply, wastewater sanitation and urban waste management services. Amendments deal with administrative and legal proceedings in particular related to the following requirements: concessionaire to carry out activities other than those that constitute the object of the concession, under the terms of article 6 of Decree-Law No. 294/94 of 16 November; maximum duration of concession contracts for the management of state-owned services, etc.
