Abstract
This Decree-Law is composed of 24 articles divided in three Chapters. It rules on the institutional organization of the oenological sector, regulating the recognition of denominations and the related protection measures, as well as defining control and certification procedures. Particular attention is devoted to registration requirements and to the identification of controlling and certification authorities and to the identification and protection of the related Designations of Origin and Geographical Indications, the registration requirements, the control authorities as well as their certification and use procedures
