Abstract
This Regulation determines the possible types of incentives considered as investment programmes for agriculture in general, aimed at to enhance the overall competitiveness, here by supporting investments in processing and marketing of agricultural and food products and fishery products, also planned for the procurement of equipment in the following related sectors: milk, meat, fruit, vegetables, wine, beer and spirits production.
This text further defines the necessary conditions, manner of exercising the right to obtain such incentives and application forms, as well as the maximum amounts of incentives per single eligible incentive use or user.
The Annex is part of this publication (containing the list of acceptable incentives and related types of aid).
