Abstract
This Federal Law establishes the legal basis of the activity in the field of land survey and cartography. The purpose of this Federal Law is to set up conditions for fulfilling the needs of state institutions, citizens and juridical persons in land survey and cartographic products and to create conditions for the functioning and interaction between state institutions in the field of land survey and cartography. The Law consists of 3 Sections composed of 19 articles. Section 1 lays down the general provisions. Section 2 deals with regulation and carrying out land survey and cartographic activity. Section 3 lays down the conclusive provisions.
