Abstract
The Government recommends executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation to determine, in accordance with the state inspection, the organizations entitled to store provisionally, process and recycle or dispose of spoiled and injurious to health ingredients and foodstuff, and regulate the activity of these organizations. For the purpose of protection of public health and prevent traffic in spoiled and injurious to health food ingredients and foodstuff on Russian market, the Government decrees to validate this Regulation. The state inspection exercises sanitary and epidemiological control, veterinary control, supervision of standards and certification, control over the grain quality and grain by-products, supervision of the commerce of poor quality and expired products in sales network. The document contains the full text of the Regulation that consists of 3 chapters. Chapter I lays down the general provisions. Chapter II regards the modalities of the expertise of foodstuff. Chapter III specifies the modalities of reutilization or disposal of foodstuff.
