State Committee for Antimonopoly Policy and Support of New Economic Entities (GKAP) for the purpose of regulating legal grounds of licensing considers it necessary to take into consideration the proposals of the Hunting and Fishing Association (ROSOKHOTRYBOLOVSOYUZ) regarding exclusion of the organization of sporting and artisanal catch of precious fish species, aquatic animals and aquatic plants from the list of activities subject to licensing in the process of revision of the Federal Law “On licensing of some types of activity”. The proposals of the Hunting and Fishing Association (ROSOKHOTRYBOLOVSOYUZ) must be carried out in accordance with the modalities envisaged by law.
