Abstract
This Order introduces several modifications in the text of the Recommendations. Article 2.3 is modified in the following manner: "In case of the lack of the documentation proving certification of foodstuff, or in case of incompatibility between the label and the requirements of the normative and technical documentation the expertise is not carried out." Article 3.9 acquires a new reading: "The decision made by territorial organs of the State Committee for Standardization as regards the reutilization or disposal of certified foodstuff is passed to certification authority with the request to suspend or to invalidate the certificate of compliance with the current standards and requirements".
