Abstract
Deputy chief of the Regional Administration, for the purpose of improvement of the mechanism of management of aquatic biodiversity for coastal fisheries, decrees to set up interdepartmental commission for determination of catch (harvest) of aquatic to be distributed among regional applicants (Annex 1), to validate Regulation on the modalities and conditions of the determination of the quotas for catch (harvest) of aquatic biodiversity to be distributed among regional applicants (Annex 2), to validate Regulation on interdepartmental commission (Annex 3). Annex 1 contains the list of members of interdepartmental commission for determination of catch (harvest) of aquatic to be distributed among regional applicants. Regulation on the modalities and conditions of the determination of the quotas for catch (harvest) of aquatic biodiversity to be distributed among regional applicants (Annex 2) determines the modalities and conditions of determination at the regional level, regarding coastal zones adjoining the Black sea and the Sea of Azov of quotas for catch (harvest) of aquatic biodiversity as regards coastal industrial fisheries in inland waters, continental shelf and EEZ. Regulation on interdepartmental commission (Annex 3) regards institution set up for the purpose of organization of interaction between state executive bodies, local self-government, scientific and research organizations, regional fishing and fish-farming organizations in the sphere of management and rational use of aquatic biodiversity.
