Abstract
The present Regulation is destined for the bodies of the Federal Fisheries Committee, of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and natural Resources, for legal persons involved in water use and elaboration of the standards of water quality for fishing water basins. Maximum allowable concentration in fishing water basin is experimentally set norm of maximum allowable contents of pollutant that does not cause reduction of fishing value thereof. Discharge of effluent water containing pollutants for which maximum allowable concentration has not been set into water bodies is prohibited. The Regulation consists of 6 Sections. Section 1 is the introductory part. Section 2 gives terms and definitions. Section 3 lays down general provisions. Section 4 establishes the modalities of organization of elaboration of the fisheries standards. Section 5 determines the modalities of examination, coordination and validation of the fisheries standards. Section 6 regards dispute settlement.
