Abstract
The Government decrees to validate the Statute. The Ministry is a Federal Executive Body entitled to exercise state management and coordination of activity in the field of environmental protection, regulation of the use of natural resources, guaranteeing ecological security and is responsible for the improvement and the recreation of environment. In regulating the use of natural resources the Ministry co-ordinates and validates the standards and the regulations as regards the use of natural resources and establishes the modalities of economic and other types of activity that may have impact on environment.
