Abstract
This Decree partly amends Decree 814, in particular articles 2, 8, 10, 12, 13-15, 17-19 and 21 being inserted prior to article 2, and with the insertion of seven new sections (articles 10a-10g). The national Board of Agriculture may issue regulations on animals or animal parts to be used as feed and shall perform authority duties according to Act (2006:805) provisions, and to ensure compliance with EU regulations with regard to data on animal waste management and inspection.

Commission Regulation (EU) No. 142/2011 implementing Regulation (EC) No. 1069/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down health rules as regards animal by-products and derived products not intended for human consumption and implementing Council Directive 97/78/EC as regards certain samples and items exempt from veterinary checks at the border under that Directive.
Regulation (EC) No. 882/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on official controls performed to ensure the verification of compliance with feed and food law, animal health and animal welfare rules.
Regulation (EC) No. 1069/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down health rules as regards animal by-products and derived products not intended for human consumption and repealing Regulation (EC) No. 1774/2002 (Animal by-products Regulation).
