Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down some amendments to the Regulation on the procedure for acceptance of a variety in the national variety list and on keeping the national variety list. In particular, the present Regulation amends provisions concerning issuing decisions on entry of a veriety into the national variety list (art. 15 of the amended Regulation) and requirements for genetically modified varieties (art. 21 and 22).
