Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, lays down provisions governing killing without prior stunning. In particular, this Regulation establishes types of this method, cases when these individual types can be used and necessary qualifications (art. 9a). This Regulation specifies also duration and other details on the use of electric shock (art. 11a).
