Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down rules governing the production with a view to marketing, and the marketing of vegetable seed. These rules include detailed procedure for official certification of seed, requirements for identity and purity, health and other criteria of seed quality, requirements for packaging and labeling, other conditions for the marketing of vegetable seed, and the procedure of the control of seed. This Regulation is composed of 30 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Seed production (Sec. 2); Preparation of the seed market (Sec. 3); Marketing (Sec. 4); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 5).
