Abstract
This Government Ordinance supplements the list of authorized active substances in plant protection products, originally specified in Annex 1 of the amended Ordinance. The Ordinance also establishes principles of scientific assessment and registration of plant protection products containing microorganisms. The objective of the assessment is to identify and assess on scientific basis the potential adverse effects of plant protection products containing microorganisms such as active substances on human and animal health and the environment. Another objective is the determination of appropriate measures of risk management and recommendation of appropriate action.
