Abstract
This Government Ordinance, which is composed of 11 articles and nine Annexes, establishes the list of authorized active substances in plant protection products, requirements for placing of plant protection products on the market, control of active substances in products and content of information provided to member countries and European Commission communities and establishes common principles of professional assessment and registration of plant protection products containing microorganisms in their evaluation and registration to protect human and animal health and the environment. The list of authorized active substances is specified in Annex 1.
